• Contact Data: Mobile number, email address, and physical address for service records and support.
• Payment Data: Bank account details and UPI IDs used for service-related payments, refunds, and account verification.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, and app usage statistics for security.

2. Why We Collect This Data

We process your data to fulfill our contract with you and comply with Indian regulatory requirements:

• To verify your identity via KYC as per AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
• To manage Fine Gold service requests, account records, payments, and support interactions.
• To provide customer support and transaction alerts.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell user data. Information is only shared with essential service providers:

• Service Partners: To support secure account, product, record, and fulfilment operations where applicable.
• Payment Aggregators: To process secure payments via UPI or Net Banking.
• Logistics Partners: To fulfil eligible physical product or document delivery requests to your verified address, where applicable.

4. Data Retention & Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data. In compliance with applicable Indian laws, we retain transaction and KYC data for up to **10 years** to fulfill audit and regulatory obligations.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Sandooq does not provide gold trading, brokerage, exchange, or investment services. Cancellation and refund requests for eligible Fine Gold services or products are reviewed according to the status of the request, applicable charges, and legal or operational requirements.

6. Mobile App Permissions

The Sandooq App may request the following permissions:

• Internet and network access: To connect securely with Sandooq services, process transactions, verify KYC, and provide customer support.
• Network and Wi-Fi state: To check connectivity and improve app reliability during secure transactions and support requests.
• Biometric authentication: To let you unlock the app using fingerprint or face authentication, if you choose to enable it on your device.

The app does not request camera, location, SMS, contacts, or broad storage permissions. If you attach an image to a support ticket, you choose the file through your device's system picker.
